The United Nations Development Programme on behalf of P&D Project in Pakistan, invites interested bidders to submit bids for the Sports Items described in Section 5 of this Invitation to Bid document. Sealed bids should reach the address given in the bid document by COB Monday, 14th February 2011.
All bids are subject to the Instructions to Bidders and such other provisions, specifications and instructions as are attached or incorporated herein by reference collectively called " Invitation to Bid” or “ITB".
Failure to adhere to the requirements of the ITB may be grounds for disqualification of the Bidder or, subsequently, the termination of an ensuing contract with prejudice to the supplier.
The pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, 26 January 2011 at 11:00 hours at House 124, Street 11, E-7, Islamabad. Interested Parties are advised to inspect the pre-selected sport samples already displayed at House 124, Street 11, Sector E-7, Islamabad, prior to submission of their bids/proposals.
